Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping
All of our products are shipped via FedEx from the warehouse in Mexico MO to all U.S. Addresses. We will begin shipping to Canada in the near future.
We can ship any method that FedEx offers however all shipping rates are calculated at ground rates so if you need something else, contact us first and put the words "SPECIAL SHIPPING" in the subject line.
Shipping Errors are handles immediately. If it's our fault, we fix it at our expense. If you messed up, we'll still fix it, you just pay the shipping.
Returns
Returns are accepted for any reason however our responsibilities may differ depending on the reason for return.
Damaged Goods:
If your purchase arrives damaged from FedEx and the shipping damage was not hidden damage from the manufacturer, we will reship another item at no chage to you and then file a claim with FedEx for the original shipment. You will need to hold on to the item for 7 business days after informing us of the damage in the event that FedEx requests the item be returned to them. IMPORTANT: No refund on damages if not reported within 10 days of shipping. We must be contacted on shipping damages within 10 days from the day the order was shipped. We will not be able to file a claim and no credit can be given.Defective/Missing Parts
If you receive a defective item or an item that is missing parts, depending on the vendor, some will replace the item and others will ship the parts. Due to this difference, we can not give you a guaranteed turn around time on these returns however we will work with the vendor as much as possible to get you taken care of as soon as possible. If the vendor is one who will replace the entire item, we will reship the item right away at no-charge and file a claim with the vendor. We will need you to send all details about the defect, (pictures are great) in order to file the claim with the appropriate vendor. You will need to hold the item an additional 7 days after the claim is filed.
